Rankow
Pricing

Pricing that follows the work, not the seat count.

Every plan runs the same engine. What changes is scope: how many page units, how many refreshes, how many competitor sets and sites, and how much support you need.

No public price list · no seat-based billing

All three plans use the same engine. The quote changes with scope, not with a feature toggle. Quotas stay custom until the engagement is defined.

Included

Every plan runs the same engine.

These are not upsells. They are the loop, and every plan includes all of it.

Page-level planning

Entity × intent page units with hub-first ordering and a pillar gate.

3,000-word quality gate

No draft goes to publish below the floor, regardless of who approves it.

Information-gain check

Comparison table, specification numbers, a verifiable source, or craft detail.

Shopify publishing

Admin API writes with SEO metafields, JSON-LD, and WebP images.

Search Console feedback

A 28-day read of index status, position, and movement per page.

Refresh scheduling

Eligibility at 14 days and a 90-day cooldown between edits.

Snapshot rollback

Every publish is snapshotted. A >3 position drop can be reversed.

Run cost ledger

A per-run record of data calls and spend, checked by the budget gate.

Capability matrix

What changes between plans.

Allowances scale with scope. Core capabilities do not.

Included = in the plan
Higher = a larger allowance
Custom = scoped per agreement

No numeric quotas are published because they are agreed per engagement. The quote states the actual allowance.

Quote logic

Price is scoped, not invented.

We do not publish a price list because a real quote depends on the work. The four inputs below are the whole model.

What you will not see

  • · A per-seat multiplier
  • · An invented article quota
  • · A data-cost surprise on the invoice
Request a quote
01ScopePage units per cycle, existing articles in the refresh queue, competitor sets, and the number of sites.
02Data costKeyword, SERP, and Search Console calls are metered. The ledger shows what each run costs.
03SupportReview cadence and the response window you need from the team that reads your brand rules.
04Cycle contractCycles are agreed up front. If a run would exceed the budget, it stops before spending.

Quotes are given after a demo, in writing, before a contract

Pricing FAQ

The questions before a quote.

Ask anything we have not covered. We would rather lose a fit early than sell a scope we cannot run.

How is Rankow priced?

By scope, not seats. A quote is built from the number of page units per cycle, the refresh queue, the number of sites, and the support level. You see the model before you sign.

Can we buy writing only?

No. Writing without planning and measurement is the problem this product exists to replace. Every plan includes the full loop, including the 28-day Search Console read.

Are data costs included?

Data calls are metered and written to a run ledger. The quote sets the monthly scope, and the budget gate stops a run before it exceeds that scope.

What contract term do you offer?

Terms are agreed per engagement. We do not publish a standard term because cycle scope and site count vary. The quote states the commitment in writing.

What happens if we exceed the plan?

The budget gate stops the run at the agreed limit and flags the overage. You decide whether to expand scope or wait for the next cycle. There is no silent overage.
